(November 2011)
Daddy marched in the Veteran's Day Parade in VA Beach, so I decided to take Logan to watch. This was a teacher workday (kids had Veteran's Day off, we didn't), but I took half a day to spend with my boys. It was a beautiful clear day, but crazy cold and windy. I had Logan bundled up, and me as well, but we were still freezing. Logan enjoyed the parade; he of course was a fan of the firetrucks and motorcycles. Since we were freezing, we started walking to the car before it was over, and before we saw Daddy, in efforts to warm up. Daddy's group caught up, and Logan got some candy from some people. After the parade, he went home with Daddy, and I went back to work (after stopping at PF Changs for some soup and spring rolls)
