While in Texas, I had to make some stops in our travels to catch up with old friends. On our way to Austin, we stopped in Bastrop to visit my friend Laurie and her son Conner. Logan had a great time with Conner- probably because he had some cool toys. I enjoyed my visit with Laurie. I met Laurie here in VA, and she has since moved back to her hometown. We also met up with my friend Sarah for a walk around a mall (no pics) and coffee. I have known Sarah since 4th grade.. I got to hang out with my 'brother' Chris (again, no pics. I gotta fix this). I met Chris my junior year in college, and he has been like a brother to me ever since. We worked together at Starbucks ( I got him the job there), and we had all of out regular customers convinced we were twins. At the same mall I met Sarah at, I met my other friend, Sarah, and her little sweetheart, Sophia. This Sarah I have known since birth, and I am so glad we still keep in touch and get to see each other every now and then. In all these meetings, I only got pics of the kids; but then again that is what is important =)
