(October 2011)
This time of year brought a very difficult decision: What should Logan be for Halloween? I figured this would be the last year that I could dress him as I wanted, so I put lots of thought into it. When I was a little older than him at this age, I was Tinker Bell, so I decided he should go as Peter Pan. One would think it would be easy find a decent Peter Pan costume- nope! The usual costume stores and websites had cheap looking costumes, or nothing in his size. I found one on Amazon, but out of stock in his size. That same costume was from the Disney store, so I ended up ordering it from there. I had to order a 4T instead of a 3T, and it was a little big, but I was able to fix it up. And I have to say, he looked pretty darn cute!
Logan had a Halloween party with friends before Halloween, and then of course trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. He had a great time at the party playing with his friends, and laughing aat the spooky decorations. Last year he rode mostly in his wagon, but this year he walked around with the neighborhood kids (with Mommy and Daddy very close behind). He had a great time walking up to get candy and seeing all the decorations in the neighborhood. After we were finished, we came back to the house for some hot chocolate.
