3 years old!

3?!?! My baby boy is 3?!? No way...seriously, time needs to slow down! I am truly amazed at how much Logan has grown, and what a personality he has! I also think he his pretty smart, but I am his mom, so of course I think that. He amazes me every day with his actions, stories, and being a silly boy. I never knew I could love someone so much. Yes, he does have his moments of annoyance and bad behavior, but he is 3; its expected. Joel and I are so blessed. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store for him (and as a big brother!).

At 3 years old:
-wears 3T shirts, and some 2T
-wears some 18 month, 24 month, and 2T shorts (depends on style & brand)
-was wearing a size 8 shoe; but day before the big 3 discovered you actually wear a 9!
-have been potty trained completely since October; wearing underwear during the day since, and underwear at night since May
-says blessing before meals
-can say the Pledge of Allegiance, knows your hand goes over your heart (since March)
-knows the sounds the letters in the alphabet make, and can name at least 2 things that start with that letter
-can write some letters alone; can trace dots for others
-can verbally spell name
-can count to 50 ok; count to 30 really well; count down from 10 (and usually ends with blastoff!)
-knows left and right
-obsessed with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
-loves musical isntruments
-feeds the dogs and cats every night
-moved up to a big boy carseat
-moved into a big boy bed (full size)  and new room
-loves trains, planes, cars...
-loves "my pal Ruger"
-love "hanging out with Daddy"
-not one to nap
-has become a very picky eater; does not eat most of what is cooked; except pizza; gets veggies from pouches mixed with fruit
-loves to be in the pool, and is becoming more of a fan of learning to swim
-big fan of Little Gym
-loves to go horseback riding
-says the funniest and most random things; and I absolutely love it
-loves to sing in the car
-knows which way certain places we go often are (Little Gym, church, Starbucks, Target...)
-loves to "kiss the belly" and is excited about baby brother
-finished up at KLA preschool to stay with mommy; starts a new part time preschool at church in the fall
-helps clean up when with other people
-loves to help others
-is Mommy's world

I am sure I am leaving so many things out. I wish I could just have a camera follow him around for a day. The last 3 years of been a joyful ride, and I know the future will be just as wonderful!
