Day 3: My animals. As I sit here typing this ( and last night thinking it), I can't help but be thankful for these 4 crazy furbabies. Yes, they drive me nuts some times, but other times they provide me peace and comfort. There is no better therapy than a wet kiss from your dog, a purring cuddle from your cat, or curling up and cuddling together in bed. I have always, since I was little, been able to find comfort in my pets. Either by crying into their fur, petting to calm down, or talking to them when I can't find the strength to say it to a person. They are my family, my first children. No matter how crazy, or how much trouble they cause, I love them
Day 4: Simple things like sweat pants on a cold rainy day (hey, I didn't say that all 25 days were going to be mushy). Coming home and changing out of work clothes into sweats makes the day so much better. Period. Its odd how much better one feels when something as simple as getting comfy can help. Now if I could just have a whole day to lounge in my sweats...that would be great!
