Helpless

My baby is sick. Again. And I can't do anything to make it 'poof' go away. It pains me that he had a ruptured ear drum over a month ago that has yet to heal; 2 more ear infections since that day. Now, to top it off, pinkeye. His beautiful brown eyes are red and swollen, and those long lashes are matted together and gunky. I hate it. I hate that he keeps getting sick. I hate that it has take 2 weeks for me to hear back about referrals. I hate that he can't sleep at night (so neither can Mommy). But spend the day with him, and you wouldn't know he was sick. he keeps going, maybe not 100%, but dang sure close. For now, all I can do is cuddle, soothe, and have patience. But if I had a magic wand, he would be well in a wave of it and 'poof' it would all be better
